The Community Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Communicate with community members and address inquiries, concerns and complaints
- Oversee the daily operations of the community association
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance requests
- Attend monthly meetings and board meetings
- Ensure that the rules and regulations of the community are being followed
- Act as the point of contact to the Board and the community members
- Play a significant role with special projects
The Community Manager must meet the following requirements:
- 1+ years working in a customer service role required
- 1+ years working in a leadership role required
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Intermediate to advanced level of MS Word and MS Excel skill level required
- Ability to type 40+ words per minutes
- Ability to speak in front of groups of people
- Experience working in HOA preferred, but not required
- Community Association Managers CMCA Certification preferred, but not required
