Job Title:  Sizer Operator

Work Schedule:  Full-time.  Schedule may vary depending on work load and perishable nature of the commodity.  Overtime may be required.

Job Duties:

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Work with Production Manager and other team members to determine what product to run

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Be in constant communication with quality control personnel to determine compliance with state and customer standards

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Create and maintain drop schedules, color and quality maps for various systems

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Set up the line for daily production runs based on packing instructions

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Work with packing supervisors to determine employee needs based on the type of packaging and condition of the fruit

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Oversee the successful application of PLU stickers to customer specifications

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Work with Production Manager to order needed supplies from various vendors

-[          ]{times="" new="" roman";="" display:="" inline-block"=""}Provide grower accounting department with production reports
