About the Role

The HRBP supports business growth and strategy implementation from the aspects of human resources and partnership. The HRBP supports the business units from the human resource and organizational aspects to achieve their goals and further growth. HRBP (HR Business Partner) is responsible for this function as a strategic partner.

Responsibilities

  • Partnering with people managers to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives, aligning them with global objectives.

  • Analyzing HR data and trends, leveraging insights to recommend proactive solutions for talent retention and development.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful learning and development programs.

  • Collaborating with COE( Talent acquisition, Talent Development, and Rewards) and foster a high-performing culture.

  • Assisting with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.

Requirements

  • Have a Bachelors at minimum

  • Have at least three years of working experience in Human Resource functions.

  • Have business fluency in English and Full fluency in Japanese

  • Have interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.

  • Demonstrate an ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

  • Be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
