Do you have experience working with machines, in packing or both? Are you looking for a new position that will allow you to develop your skills and grow? Do you do your best work when you are hands on? We are currently hiring Machine Operators with experience in a local company/manufacturer. This is a permanent postion with a well established company.

salary: $35,360 - $35,361 per year

shift: Second

work hours: 3 PM - 3 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Setup: Prepare machines for production.

Operation: Operate machinery, monitor performance, and make adjustments.

Quality Control: Inspect products, adjust processes to meet quality standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs.

Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Record Keeping: Maintain production and maintenance records.

Collaboration: Work with team members and other departments.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machinery issues.

Training: Stay updated on technologies, train new operators.

Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements.

These duties can vary depending on the type of machinery and industry. Whether it's operating manufacturing equipment, CNC machines, or other specialized machinery, the core responsibilities often involve setup, operation, maintenance, and quality control.

The essential functions of this role include:
