RN Program Manager, Vestal 3.0 United Health Services is seeking a RN Program Manager to join our Physician Practice Management department at Vestal 3.0 in Vestal, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

$32.69 - $49.04 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview
Under the direction of the VP of Physician Practices and Director of Clinical Services, the Program Manager of Quality and Compliance, supports quality management, patient safety, clinical compliance, and regulatory performance improvement activates for the Physician Practice Division. He/She collaborates with Physician Practice Operations Leaders and other System Members to establish and maintain structures and processes that drive performance ensuring highly reliable/safe patient care with the goal of achieving clinical excellence.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
Bachelors in related discipline Nursing or health related field
3 years of relevant experience in healthcare setting to include background in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, patient safety, and performance/quality improvement
Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, and NYS DOH standard/regulations.
Performance Improvement training required within 1 year
Preferred:
Prefer prior experience in related discipline of care (outpatient care)
Experience with root cause analysis
Lean expert training
License/Certification
Minimum Required:
Current New York State license as a Registered Nurse
CPR within 3 months of hire
Preferred:
Professional certification in a related specialty
