Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in the Tyrone, Georgia area.

What You'll Get To Do

• Targeting and acquiring new accounts by identifying new customers within the ready mix industry.

• Working with regional sales representatives in creating strategy and supporting sales efforts to expand volume within targeted accounts.

• Building relationships with customers.

• Work to resolve customer complaints.

• Strengthening and growing existing customer relationships.

• Managing activities within assigned cost budgets.

• Effectively document duties including but not limited to weekly call reports, industry equipment counts, market information and growth opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years experience in the Ready Mix industry.

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.

• Proven track record of reliability.

• Ability to lift over 30lb.

• Ability to work flexible hours.

• Demonstrable effective communication skills (verbal and written).

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. SAP a plus.
