Main Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic programs, fostering cross-functional collaboration to ensure the development of scalable data products on user-friendly platforms.

• Champion a data-driven mindset across Sanofi, crafting and delivering training programs to upskill personnel at all levels.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key tech and consulting partners, driving value and co-development initiatives.

• Manage the PMO function, ensuring effective oversight of project value, scope, and finances through regular reviews and strategic planning.

• Define and implement KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of data and AI initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

About You:

• Minimum master's degree in a relevant field.

• Demonstrated experience in strategy-to-implementation digital/data consulting.

• Proven ability to influence and lead without direct authority.

• Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Techno-functional expertise in program management and product management within complex environments.
