Description:

This is Field Service Technician role where you will be traveling to HP’s Clients Office locations near Toledo, Ohio to provide HP Printer & PC support. You will be the face of HP providing technical support at their clients sites, so you will need good customer service skills.

Requirements:

1) Print Repair (not just paper james/toner change) - Need to do Printer break/fix

2) Hardware Troubleshooting (Laptops/Desktops)

3) Good Customer Service Skills

4) Candidates must have a personal vehicle that they will use to travel to the clients sites.

Candidates will have you travel up to 4 hours away in any direction. (But typically, most trips are within an hour away radius). You would be reimbursed $0.67 per mile.
