Follow up with customers who received Truckload rate estimates, which have not been secured, to get feedback and ultimately try to secure the business.

Primary Responsibilities

• Reach out to customers to get feedback and secure their business

• Provide outstanding customer service on every call and/or email to customers

• Manage the Truckload Customer Relations inbox

• Setup loads in our TMS system that are secured through efforts of follow-up and feedback

• Track and chart responses/feedback

• Provide support for Customer Service Reps or Truckload Services inbox teams

• Answer overflow phone calls, and any other tasks to provide support for Truckload team

Job Qualifications

Education:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience:

• 1 year of experience in a customer service role via telephone, email or in person, preferably within the trucking/transportation industry

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Proficiency in Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.

• Demonstrated ability to excel in customer service relations

Working Shift:

AM / PM
