Comfort Windows Human Resources Coordinator in Syracuse, New York

COMFORT WINDOWS is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team, focusing primarily on Payroll Processing. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between payroll and HR functions, handling tasks like salary adjustments, bonus payments, and benefit deductions.

To excel in this position, you'll need a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. If you're experienced in payroll processing and eager to expand your HR knowledge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience for a medium-sized company

  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software

  • Ability to assist employees with the ADP mobile app for time management

  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Good time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
