Essential Functions:

• Sets-up and operates machine per standard work instructions.

• Ensures that operations are done according to print.

• Ensures hourly checks and all inspection processes are followed.

• Actively participate in 6S events to ensure appropriate workplace organization, cleanliness and safety.

• Must be able to find run instructions for equipment, control plans, and understands internal and external customer awareness.

• Performs other duties as assigned or requested by supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Able to perform basic math functions.

• Able to read and understand blueprints.

• Ability to work well with others at all levels of the company.

• Able to perform visual and manual inspection using comparator, micrometers and gauges.

• Must be mechanically inclined

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• Moderate lifting (up to 40 lbs.) and some bending.

Education and Experience:

• Must have a high school degree or GED.

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of comparable manufacturing experience

Schedule:

• Candidate will train on 1st shift or 2nd Shift before starting on the shift hired for

• Permanent shift will be 2nd or 3rd shift.
