Randstad Digital is seeking an experienced Help Desk professional for a contract engagement in St. Louis, MO. This person will be working as a part of a team to provide Tier 1 Help Desk Support, general IT Troubleshooting, and printer support. The ideal candidate will be positive, dependable, and willing to learn.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience providing IT Help Desk Support to end users

• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs and Laptops (Windows 7 - 11)

• Office365/Outlook experience

• Experience supporting printers and peripherals

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

• IT Help Desk support for end users - phone, email, and remote

• General IT troubleshooting

• Classic IT environment, Windows, No Mac, Windows Tablets, password resets (eventually will be part of the on-call rotation)
