Edmonds Dental Prosthetics, Inc. Inside Sales Representative in Springfield, Missouri

Position Profile:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of dental supplies. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, experience in Telesales, and a deep understanding of the dental industry.

Job Duties and Accountabilities:

Inside Sales Representative:

  • Conduct outbound calls, making 25 to 30 outbound calls daily to prospective customers and following up on previously generated leads.
  • Handle all inbound sales calls.
  • Understanding current customers' needs and identifying additional sales opportunities.
  • Maintain sales progress notes in Pipedrive Customer Management System (CRM).
  • Vetting lead list for cold and warm leads.
  • Identify prospects that fit the target demographic.
  • Market Research to develop new leads.
  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
  • Attend national dental meetings, networking events, and community events to generate leads.
  • Maintain administrative tasks involving customer satisfaction, shipping of products, technical questions and communicating promotional offers.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of equipment orders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key players in customers organization.
  • Develop price estimates and project quotations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Executes outstanding customer communication and relationship building techniques.Collaborate with other departments to obtain necessary financial information. Respond to inquiries and provide assistance related to accounting matters.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications and Experience/Skills:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to start and maintain meaningful conversations with strangers, that will develop into long lasting relationships.
  • Ability to learn and maintain the knowledge base to sell technical dental lab products.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and internal customer management software programs, UPS shipping software, and QuickBooks are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with dental prosthetics or the dental industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.

Physical and Safet Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
  • Stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Repetitive motion: Movements frequently and regularly required using the wrists, hands, or fingers.
  • Ability to convey information to various stakeholders with clarity and effectiveness.
