We are seeking someone with previous call center experience to become a inbound customer service representative for our healthcare client. This role is expected to be temp to hire, and planning to start asap! Please today to be considered!

Responsibilities

Are you looking for a dynamic career where you love the culture you work in? Our client is looking for customer service reps to assist their customers. Hours M-F 8am to 5pm at $18/Hour. Fully in office and must be able to commute to zip code 65804!

Duties are included but not limited to...

• Assist customers with order entry or inquiries by inbound calls or email responses.

• Provide the highest level of service to customers and clients to meet or exceed defined service level.

• Work on your own and as a part of a team to complete all assigned tasks.

• Call Center experience required.
