Full-Time   First Shift   Monday through Saturday   $16.00/hour   Job Title: General Factory   Department: Fabrication   Reports To: Shift Supervisor   Summary:   Assemble, pack, load fabricated parts, and/or unload other materials by performing the following duties:   Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Reads and understand work orders to accurately apply adhesive, assemble, and pack fabricated parts according to customer specifications
  • Understand and follow written and/or verbal instructions to accurately follow customer specific labeling instruction
  • Understand and follow written and/or verbal direction from Group leads
  • Maintain daily 5s and Value of Order in general area of responsibility
  • Verify conformance to specifications using a tape measure
  • Follow 5s and safety policies
  • Other duties may be assigned

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.   Education and/or Experience:  High school diploma or equivalent and/or up to one year of related experience or training, or equivalent combination or education or experience.   Language Skills:  Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.   Mathematical Skills:  Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Reasoning Ability:  Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a limited number of variables in standardized/repetitive situations.   Other Skills and Abilities: *  Ability to read a tape measure in increments of 1/32 or more.   *Physical Demands:  The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
