Workers will drive tractor with implements Baler or Rack.

Workers will drive Swather and Bale wagon.

Workers will be in charge of cut, rake, bale and stacking alfalfa, as well as scheduling and

moisture readings.

The job requires occasional care of livestock and daily routine maintenance (grease, bale

weight adjustment and cleaning of tractor and implement attachment).

Training will be provided to each worker for 2 weeks, in order to properly operate the equipment and attach hay implements, beginning on the first day of work and ending after 14 consecutive days from the first day a worker begins working. Workers will be allowed 14 days from the initial date of employment to reach the production standards of the activity. Time spent during training is considered a regular day of work and will be paid.
