We have a fast-growing client seeking a Janitor for their facility. This position will perform a variety of cleaning tasks to keep the buildings presentable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs general cleaning of the interior of the buildings, including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, and walls.
• Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light bulbs.
• Assists in cleaning, stocking, and sanitizing restrooms and breakrooms.
• Performs limited ground maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks.
• Maintains a neat and orderly janitors room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
• Washes windows, mirrors, dust furniture and fixtures.
• Assists in examining facilities for safety hazards, reports deficiencies to supervisor.
• Clean up spills.
• Empty and dispose of trash and recycling bins.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
