Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and arrange auto & manual payments including Trax, EBTPS, checks ... with CNY, USD, and other Foreign Currency for GE healthcare entities across APAC regions, ensure pay on time and delivery with accuracy
Work closely with AP, AR, DTDF, Tax, P&B, business etc. for CNY/USD/FX payment process design and execution; propose actions for FX conversion according to the country specific cash regulation & policy
Keep a close communication with business and work on issue resolution for business cases
Customer/Vendor/upstream/downstream query follow-up
Provide high standard service to biz and ensure fully compliance on both internal and external regulation and cash policies
Support for internal and external audit by providing data and response to upstream team or auditors
Participation of LEAN/automation projects on treasury system or payment process improvement and simplification
Complete the new process transition and migration independently; document the operation procedures in standard format
Ad hoc tasks assigned by direct manager
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Responsible, prudent, hardworking and can pay attention to details
Good command of English & Korea in both written and oral and fluent in Mandarin
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Can accept OT and standby in public holiday for Asia scope
1-3 years experiences in Cash and Treasury operation related position
Good organizational and prioritization skills
The ability to work independently with minimum supervision, a self-starter
Good team player with a positive outlook, can work under pressure
