The MILSATCOM Operations and Product Support provides technical support to Protected and Wideband on-orbit satellite constellations, ground systems, and terminal operations. The support across this portfolio of programs includes anomaly resolution, modernization, resiliency capability insertion, life extension, and upgrade activities. The PNT Operations and Product Support provides similar support to the GPS constellation, ground systems, and user equipment.

We are seeking a driven and confident Administrative Assistant to support these two departments within the Communications and Navigation Capabilities Division. In this role, this person will serve as the focal point for the division personnel located at Schriever and Peterson Space Force Bases (SFBs) and provide collaborative administrative support across the Division to ensure effective and efficient operations. This person resolves problems quickly, executes processes and procedures, and works closely with leaders, colleagues and customers across the enterprise to ensure the sub-divisions run smoothly and meet internal/external deadlines.

Work Model This is a full-time position based at Peterson and Schriever SFBs that allows for 1 day per week telecommuting depending on the needs of the team and customer.

What You'll Be Doing Partner with the Systems Directors and act as a point of contact by working closely with and fostering connections with internal management, government customers, contractors, and external leaders Executes high volume and strategic multi-calendar support Internaland external meeting coordination,support, and execution Arranges travel coordination, logistics, and expense reporting for leadership and staff Coordinates employee support for the group/division/sub-division (in/out-processing of personnel, timesheet administration/auditing, training requirements, supply/equipment orders, Common Access Card submittals and renewals, submit Visitor Access Requests) Supports special projects, coordinates on-site facilities activities, tracks actions items and deliverables Coordinates sub-division, division, and customer reports/deliverables/org charts (compile/edit/publish) Engages in sub-division activities and decisions,with follow-up communications and coordination Improves and ensures effective processes/systems that provide superior organization,efficiency and industry-lead technicalbestpractices Collaborates with admins within the group, division, subdivision, and across the corporation to achieve coverage and increase efficiency Role model by demonstrating professionalism, team collaboration, technical expertise, andleadership behavior that is consistent with the company's values

What You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent Strong administrative skills: project coordination, strategic execution of tasks, organization, detail-oriented, writing, and proofreading Strong technological fluency across a wide range of tools and platforms such as Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Excel and meeting tools such as Teams, Skype and Zoom Ability to rapidly adapt to changing environments and anticipate needs of the organization Strong communication & interpersonal skills: leadership, collaboration, resiliency, strategic thinking, diplomacy, problem-solving, emotionalintelligence, judgment, business acumen, and decision making, across all levels of the organization Ability to handle sensitive and personnel-related information appropriately and support sensitive management functions Ability to work independently and/or cooperatively with a team to proactively deliver innovative solutions and resolve issues with minimal direction This position requires a Secret security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
