This position is responsible for assisting customer/sales people with order entry and general information on residential orders, and coordinates information to all departments.

• Responsible for taking orders from our customers and sales reps by phone, fax, or mail and entering these orders into the computer system in an efficient and correct manner.
• Responsible to follow orders through production processes to prevent any delays in delivery.
• Handles custom color orders and strike off requests.
• To monitor orders and make sure they ship in a timely manner.
• Handles pricing for residential orders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Decision-making abilities
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Typing 30 WPM
• Data entry experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
