Masland Carpets Residential Customer Service Rep in Saraland, Alabama
This position is responsible for assisting customer/sales people with order entry and general information on residential orders, and coordinates information to all departments.
- Responsible for taking orders from our customers and sales reps by phone, fax, or mail and entering these orders into the computer system in an efficient and correct manner.
- Responsible to follow orders through production processes to prevent any delays in delivery.
- Handles custom color orders and strike off requests.
- To monitor orders and make sure they ship in a timely manner.
- Handles pricing for residential orders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Decision-making abilities
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Typing 30 WPM
- Data entry experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
