We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team of scientists, researchers, and executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Manage administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics
Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting for team members
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, ordering supplies as necessary
Support project teams by tracking milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
Assist with special projects and events, including conferences and symposiums
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
