Description Position Summary: The Field Safety Manager is responsible for leading the safety team's initiatives in preventing, reducing, and eliminating at-risk safety concerns. This role actively promotes a safety culture and creates strong partnerships with business partners to foster an environment where safety is embedded into everyday practices. The Field Safety Manager analyzes trends and recommends training and/or process improvements that mitigate risk to employees, participants, customers, and guests. Day in the life: In a typical day, a Field Safety Manager can expect to... Business Partnerships: Collaborate with cross functional partners to offer consultation, recommendations, and guidance on various complex safety situations. Safety and Environmental Management and Compliance: Partner with various departments throughout the organization to ensure consistent policy enforcement and investigative transparency. People Leadership: Direct, support, and develop Field Safety team to achieve goals. Project Management: Manage initiatives and projects set forth for the Safety team.
