As a prep packer, operator helper you will be required to be on your feet for the full 8 hours of your shift. The machines are running constantly so there is no "sit down break" You will get a break when they do chane overs with the specific jobs. You can eat at your work station. You cannot leave the facility. You are responsible for assisting the operator with gathering the paper, stacking it per their requirements, loading it in a box and transferring it to a palette. You will be packing boxes with the paper coming off the printer, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, assist with ready made tasks like roll changes, paper changes disposal of paper, and loading rolls. You may be asked to get cartons, labels, bags and other items ready before the machine starts. Verifying the correct information on folders and the job orders is crucial.
