In this role, you'll supervise the operations, maintenance, and safety processes of all portable aggregate plants. You will be working closely with all management teams to achieve the financial goals for the Columbia Basin. In this position there will be daily interaction with the plant foreman to make sure that aggregates are being produced to specification and that proper inventory levels are being maintained. You'll play an integral part as we stand together to reinvent the way our world is built. Wage Scale for Position: $29-35/hr DOE w/ potential for overtime. Note: Wage scale for position is the full wage scale an individual can make based on performance, experience, and seniority throughout their time at the company. Opportunities for Community Engagement Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)

Work with the aggregate management team to ensure proper staffing of the portable aggregate plants.

Work closely with the portable aggregate foremen to help ensure that the plant's production equipment is properly maintained, both as to preventative maintenance and repairs, oversee to ensure the aggregate plants are clean, secure, environmentally legal, and exemplary. Monitor safety to ensure that we are operating safely, that employees are properly trained, and we are conforming to company safety programs. ensure conformance with MSHA regulations and inspections. Assure that all gradation and other aggregate tests are run in conformance with Columbia Basin quality control standards.

Be a leader and example in implementing the Corporate Safety Policy and all personnel policies.

Assist the Equipment Manager with equipment sharing, cleanliness, proper maintenance is being performed and that all equipment is safe.

Advise the management team of required or anticipated future capital expenditures for the next five years. Participate with the budget process. Manage within the yearly budget targets (i.e., reviewing/analyzing monthly financial statements).

Continued interaction with all hourly and non-hourly personnel.

Assure implementation of accurate cost accounting procedures, i.e., timecards, production records, purchase orders and inventory.

Promptly communicate with supervisors on any flaws in material.

Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.

Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.
