As the Human Resources Manager for our 300+ member team in West Memphis, Arkansas, you will be a critical contributor to our growing HR group. You will be accountable for driving transparent communication, superior people management and high-quality HR business processes to champion a strong culture that allows our employees to deliver their best service.

This full-time position reports to the Corporate Human Resources Manager and will directly supervise an onsite HR Generalist.

Duties:

You will lead the HR function at our Arkansas site using a hands-on approach that allows for an in-depth knowledge of your employee population\'s unique needs and opportunities for continuous improvement.

You will partner with plant and Corporate Management to develop, implement and execute comprehensive workforce planning and performance management programs that will enhance employee retention and engagement and improve productivity and safety while ensuring alignment with plant and Corporate goals and values.

You will collaborate with cross-functional plant teams on employee relations issues, compliance, investigations, and policy administration by providing trusted guidance and creative people strategies.

You will drive the adoption of HR initiatives and goals by providing training, coaching and interpretation of programs/processes.

You\'ll identify key HR and business needs and communicate them to plant Management and Corporate HR.

You will have a strong focus on our internal customers, providing timely and accurate support at all levels within the Plant.

Requirements:

Four-year degree in Business, Human Resources or closely related field.

Minimum 7 years\' progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least two years\' supervisory experience.

Demonstrated skill managing multiple projects with time-sensitive deliverables.

Prior HR experience in supporting manufacturing plant teams.

Union avoidance experience.

The ability to be available as needed to multiple shifts for training, investigation or other purposes.
