What You Will Do

The Commercial Products Technology Lead is member of the Customer & Sales Product Line. He/she - partners with the cluster & country Commercial groups as well as the EMEA regional level to enable commercial products & capabilities, especially in the area of Trade Promotion management and Optimization, which deliver measurable outcomes for the business.

The Lead is recognized as the Subject Matter Expert and key Technology contact in providing direction and proposing alternatives to business requirements within the technical and digital realm. This role performs project management of the Trade Promotion Management and Optimization set of capabilities in market rollouts and assures business objectives are met. This role also provides ongoing support and performs all necessary tasks related to SOX compliance and internal audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering, Project Management and Support

  • Partners primarily with Commercial teams in the markets, with Supply Chain/Demand planning and Finance stakeholders as well as global/regional and local Technology resources.

  • Understands the Kenvue business model and priorities as well as local market go to Market Models, Financial and Trade Promotion processes.

  • Project management of multiple active projects and support activities across various markets involving multiple Technology products and vendors.

  • Ensures service levels are clearly set, communicates them to business partners and ensures their compliance, escalating when necessary.

  • Anticipates and resolves issues/barriers that may impede progress and escalates appropriately.

  • Acts as the key liaison and coordinates efforts across the various Technology Teams to deliver results per business expectations.

  • Understands integration points with other applications, processes, vendors, and functional areas and collaborates with the architecture team to optimize designs.

  • Manages incoming demand and documents business requirements in a way that effectively captures the business needs and conveys understanding to technical staff.

  • Provides expertise in creating and/or reviewing SOWs, project cost tracking and analysis.

  • Co-creates technology Roadmaps to achieve business outcomes.

  • Ensures Kenvue policies, procedures and best practices are followed.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required

  • BA/BSc degree or equivalent in relevant field

  • Good knowledge of SAP tools, databases and user and data management principles and techniques.

  • Excellent Project Management skills. Understanding Project Life Cycle Methodology and Scrum Master Certifications are an asset.

  • Familiarity with GxP principles and SOX compliance requirements.

  • Familiarity with ALM and JIRA tools.

  • Basic knowledge of BI and analytics tools (i.e. PowerBI).

  • Understanding of Financial and Trade Promotion Management processes and tools is a plus.

  • 5-6 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in Delivery and Team Working

  • 4 years with advanced degree or equivalent in Computer Science.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills.

  • Ability to lead, collaborate, challenge, and influence peers.

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to anticipate and avoid technical problems / bad designs while also quickly identifying root causes and implementing solution / workarounds.

  • Effective use of MS SharePoint, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, Mural for communication and managing resources.

  • Ability to be calm and deliver under pressure to a very demanding organization.

  • A sense of urgency and an eye for detail ensuring top quality outcomes.

  • Enthusiastic with strong relationship management skills and objective oriented focus.

  • Extremely comfortable with rapid change and diverse opinions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
