Predicate Logic is seeking a motivatedSubmarine Shore Communications Computer Systems Analystto join our team at theNaval Information Warfare Center - Atlantic (NIWC-A) in Portsmouth, VA.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Troubleshooting and repair programs of record and non-programs of record serial and IP-based communications systems and networks, specific experience with the LBUCS and SOA Systems.
• Provide distance support with demonstrated ability to interface with remote users via chat, telephone, naval messaging, and email to assist in troubleshooting of operational systems.
• Develop and provide test and evaluation support for new concepts, lead site testing, System Operational Verification tests, and other events requiring networking expertise.
• Provide network and system administration of the Submarine Shore Computer and Communications Systems in a lab environment.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience with Network Systems, Systems Administration, and Communications, including RF paths and providing IP network connectivity.
• First-hand experience desired in the following areas:
  • CISCO Router / Switch configuration and troubleshooting (Any of the following CCNA/CCDA/CCNP/CCDP/CCSP is strongly desired).
  • Microsoft Domain Administration (MCSA/MCSE is strongly desired).
  • Cloud Technologies, VMWare, and Nutanix server administration.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Systems Backups.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Cryptographic Devices (KG-175 TACLANE series, KIV-7 Series, KG-195 and KG-19).

EDUCATION:

• High School Diploma/GED
• CSWF Certification for IAT II
• Technical Training in Information Technology, Electronics Information Systems (EIS), Electronics Technology, Cyber Security.
