How you will make an impact

• Manage elements of specific patient accounts, such as billing and reimbursement

• Band together with other effective units to uphold quality of data and consistency

• Send notice of money owed to insurance companies and patients Requirements - Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Knowledge of medical billing

• Comprehensive knowledge of inpatient coding

• Claims audits experience

• Accounts Receivable (AR) experience preferred

• Proficiency in Epic EMR

• Prefer 2 years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle

• Previous experience with a practice management system preferred

• Strong knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOBs)

• Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills required
