Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support manufacturing plant operations. Maintenance team is responsible for maintenance of buildings/machinery/grounds in our highly unique manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Repair & Maintain many different types of industrial equipment, including glass melting furnaces & pots, air compressors & systems, blowers, ventilation systems, computerized & manual saws, grinders, reamer, sandblasters, annealing lehrs Building repair & maintenance Outside mowing/snow removal Custodial duties Parts inventory/ordering Skills, Knowledge & Abilities Strong written & verbal communication skills with all levels of organization Hardworking, dependable & attention to detail Practical & positive attitude OSHA Safety guidelines ISO 9001 experience a plus Ability to spot, trouble shoot and resolve problems 3 phase electric-240/480 a plus Metal fabrication/stick welding a plus Basic carpentry, plumbing & masonry Forklift experience Reliable transportation Basic hand/power tools Work at heights and lift up to 70 lbs.
