DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Perform counterparty stress testing while working independently to improve Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Business-As-Usual (BAU) stress processes. Develop data analytics on counterparty credit exposures for insights into exposure and capital drivers, and oversight over calculated credit exposures. Work with technology and data teams on improving Counterparty Risk platforms and solutions. Work with business partners including line of business, risk management, and treasury to ensure coordinated and comprehensive implementation of strategic designs, as well as stable and resilient systems for counterparty credit exposures. Work closely with modeling teams on model implementation and model updates. Assess challenges and document gaps in monthly and quarterly production processes. Drive remediation of identified technology and data gaps. Support BAU projects to enhance counterparty exposure management for credit officers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Financial Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Credit Risk Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Financial Risk Management, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Credit Risk Analyst, Business Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR); OTC Derivatives; Standardized Approach on Counterparty Credit Risk (SA-CCR); Exposure at Default (EAD); Derivatives; Sharepoint; Confluence; Alteryx; Python; analyzing and tooling on large datasets and visualization tools on Tableau; ISDA and CSA documentation including mechanics of collateral arrangements; working with large datasets in a quantitative or analytical context that cover complex structures and risks; trading products including interest rates, equities, credit derivatives, commodities, and FX derivatives; Credit Risk; and navigating through technology platforms & exposure reporting.

Job Location: 8181 Communications Pkwy, Plano, TX 75024. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
