Role Description We are looking for Facilities Technicians to support our manufacturing and office operations. Reporting to the PA Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for making sure the facility runs smoothly and supports our technical operations.  The ideal candidate will be both able to independently execute day-to-day operations and maintenance activities as well as be willing to roll up their sleeves to quickly tackle facility service and repair issues.  You will work closely with all members of the Form Energy team to provide a great and safe place to work. We have 12 hour day (7 am- 7 pm) and night shift ( 7 pm - 7 am) openings  on a Panama schedule (2-2-3).

We are hiring technicians for both our Weirton and Eighty Four, PA locations.

All opportunities will begin training in Form Energy's Eighty Four, PA location. Hires for our Form Factory 1 will transition to the Weirton location once construction is completed.

What You'll Do:

Develop and track equipment preventative maintenance schedules using a cloud-based organizational tool

Execute basic facilities maintenance and improvement tasks in support of technical  development and office users

Perform safety walkthrough and inspections including pumps, air compressors, BMS, security, eyewashes, fire extinguishers, first aid cabinets, AED, etc

Assist with daily office operations including ordering supplies, job materials, etc

Maintain a safe, clean facility, assuring 3rd party vendor appropriately replaces supplies and maintains areas on schedule

Maintain safe surfaces inside and outside the facility, assuring 3rd party vendor snow removal, floor spaces, leak inspections, etc

Plan and execute the maintenance of facility and installations such as installing small electric circuits, water distribution, adding airlines, safety equipment and manufacturing equipment, as needed What You'll Bring:

5+ years experience in facilities maintenance within a manufacturing environment

Ability to learn cloud-based organizational tools

Experience using hand tools, assembling equipment and securing equipment

Familiarity with facility electrical distribution systems, chillers, air, & gas systems

Ability to shif gears quickly and come back to original task as needed or assist in areas outside of experience

Organized and detail-oriented individual

Strong communication skills within a group of peers and broader organization

Ability to safely operate a fork truck and lift 50 lbs

Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration, & plumbing experience is preferred
