BAYADA Home Health Care Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analyst (Hybrid)) in Pennsauken, New Jersey

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Associate is responsible for enterprise financial and operational planning and analysis, evaluation, and report generation activities of current and proposed financial plans, meaningful reporting of operations, and effectively planning for and auditing the financial needs of the company. It is a mid-level professional track position and will offer training and continuing education to support a career in management and leadership within BAYADA Home Health Care

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.

  • Four (4) year college degree (finance, accounting, business preferred).

  • Three (3) to five (5) years successful experience in an analytical and/or budgeting role.

  • Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.

  • Solid record of goal achievement and exceeding performance standards.

  • Demonstrated record of successfully taking on more responsibility with positive results and ambition to grow past current position.

  • Willingness and drive to exceed expectations; spend the time and effort necessary to complete all tasks to the highest level.

  • Demonstrates well-developed ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner to groups of employees, manager, directors, and other customers.

  • Ability to motivate and be self-motivated, flexible, versatile, and creative. Possesses problem solving ability, leadership skills, and is able to foster interpersonal relationships.

  • Understands the company’s organizational structure, financial status, and operational goals/objectives.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment balancing multiple client requests simultaneously.

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, attention to detail and ability to interact effectively with management and prioritize diverse projects for multiple disciplines.

  • Superior team-building skills and a demonstrated track record of working with peers in operational roles.

  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.

  • Develops working knowledge of BAYADA’s, mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures.

  • Participates in the development/improvement of company policies and processes for budgeting and capital planning.

  • Oversees/participates in process and analysis for investments into new service offices and assists with financial modeling and due diligence for new business ventures.

  • Identifies opportunities to streamline and improve existing policies and processes.

  • Acts as a trusted advisor and expert with regard to financial planning and analysis subject matter.

  • Develops awareness of and familiarity with issues and events affecting organization, department, and/or customer

  • Assists in preparation of quarterly and annual management presentations.

  • Assists in preparation of quarterly and annual financial plans for the entire organization.

  • Assists in preparation of special studies, analyses, and recommendations.

  • Maintains office-owned data sets as needed.

  • Assumes ownership of, and be accountable for, complex assignments.

  • Develops complex ad-hoc reports; research the source of data issues and provide recommendations for continual improvement of our applications.

  • Ensures prompt, high-quality, resolution of customer problems, questions, concerns, and issues.

  • Advises management on matters, such as effective use of resources and assumptions underlying budget forecasts.

  • Supports annual financial audits.

  • Acts as consultant to management on financial policies, procedures, and applications.

  • Presents oneself professionally and interact/build relationships with others in the organization.

  • Demonstrates professional judgment and sound decision-making, as appropriate, applying all required knowledge and experience to the best intended outcome.

  • Demonstrates a healthy sense of professional skepticism; review, investigate, and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.

  • Mentors and guides team members.

  • Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.

  • Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor
