Senior Manager I, MPS Strategy

POSITION PROFILE

The Senior Manager I, MPS Strategy will help standardize and optimize our core Managed Print Services business. This role will develop solutions, offerings, and programs that address customer needs for Managed Print Services offers and lead programs and activities that accelerate customer adoption and support sales acceleration. This highly motivated person will collaborate and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop, pilot and orchestrate execution of key offer strategies and programs. The role will also work across teams to assemble compelling evidence for customers and engage and support new business customer engagements. This person will possess a business development background that enables them to drive an engagement and interact at the senior level leaders of large enterprises, partners and internally. This role will have the technical understanding and business experience to deliver scalable programs and tools that help articulate the value proposition to business decision makers. To be successful this role will closely collaborate with marketing, finance, design, operations, and technical support teams. This person will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically long-term about the needs of complex MPS businesses, while executing in the short term to deliver results and capture data that helps optimize return on investment for the Managed Print Services portfolio.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop standardized MPS strategy and solution based on review of Ricoh's current business model

· Enable AGILE MPS solutions to optimize operational and financial design and resources

· Define, build and deploy Ricoh's Manage Print Services GTM strategies to help maintain existing customer base and acquire new customers

· Define key customer segments to target, driving the necessary business and technical KPIs

· Enables the sales teams to drive successful new business in order to build long-term business opportunity

· Engage sales and deal team in developing business value proposition statements, and discuss customers' business issues to achieve business outcomes

· Establish ways to measure and track key financial and business metrics related to offer adoption and use data to optimize ROI

· Own strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, product marketing, technology service teams, legal, support, etc.).

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)

· Bachelors in Finance or Business Administration, MBA preferred

· 5+ years of business development, strategic partnerships, and/or program/product management experience with national and/or international scope

· 5-10 years in sales, finance or pricing management positions, preferably in a B2B company

· 5+ years of proven results in developing market strategies and executing in a changing market

· 5+ years' experience supporting complex strategic opportunities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· Experience selling services to large Enterprises and Strategic Accounts

· Experience with Managed Print Services

· Complex agreement negotiation skills and experience, and business and financial acumen

· Strong financial and analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight in order to drive customer adoption and make appropriate recommendations to the business

· Professional business writing with ability to logically document complex subjects into understandable formats

· Ability to develop business and economic justifications for new services adoption

· Strong verbal and written communications skills

· Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations

· Experience conducting customer feedback and market research analytics

WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

· Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, and ventilation, and a normal range of temperatures and noise levels within ranges compliant with federal, state and local regulations. At times may require very frequent heavy travel.

· Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction · prepare, provide and convey diversified information.

· Minimal physical effort required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).

· Moderate dexterity · regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination.

· May require some overnight travel.

Additional Pay Details

Compensation Range

$130,000 - $150,000 per Year

Bonus Eligible
