JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have several Manufacturing Positions available: Wood Door Assembly This is a very physical job that requires you to lift materials up to 80 lbs. Assemble the middle or core of the door by reading and following customer orders and manually pushing materials through the table saw to cut each piece to size. Work as a team to glue the cut pieces together. Glue Line Operator: Review customer orders and organize work materials for efficiency. Select work materials, count, and complete basic math, and read a tape measure to accurately measure and cut materials to size using a panel saw. Load materials into a machine that glues them together. Monitor the machine and complete regular quality checks while working independently and with others. Finishing: Follow instructions on mixing products to stain doors. Operate equipment to sand, stain, and seal doors and molding using water-based materials. Perform constant quality checks. Machine Operator: Get and load materials into the machine. Perform machine set up, enter required dimensions, sizing, and spacing into computer. Watch and listen to make sure that the machine is operating properly. Use tools to adjust the machine when it\'s not working efficiently and perform preventative maintenance. Follow manufacturing schedules and be adaptable to unexpected changes.
