A Fiber to the Home ISP Client of Insight Global is seeking a Network Serviceability Coordinator. The Network Serviceability Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between Billing Software/Sales teams and Vetro (a network management system). They facilitate the coordination of serviceability requests, updates, and troubleshooting related to network designs. The main focus of this role will not be production design work. The coordinators will be focusing heavily on maintaining accurate records in Vetro and handling one-off reporting requests.

Skills and Requirements

1+ year of FTTH Network Design Experience in AutoCad

Experience with GIS systems and data

Experience with Vetro or similar network management system

Ability to interpret network designs: including understanding splicing requirements.

Strong communication skills to liaise effectively between different teams and handle one-off requests.

Excellent Project Management & Organization Skills

Ability to troubleshoot and address serviceability issues promptly. null
