Your responsibilities

• Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence

• Handle internal email /phone communication

• Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

  Requirements

• File management systems experience

• Deep understanding of data entry

• Proven knowledge of File System

• Organizational capabilities experience preferred

• Well-founded grasp of operational auditing

• Solid understanding of communication

• Foundational knowledge in Google Suite

• General familiarity with Audit Management

• Practical knowledge of Audit Prep

• Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

• Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

• Excellent customer service and office administrative skills

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Outlook and internet applications

• 2+ years' experience with performing in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

• Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Comfort in pursuing resolutions to complicated customer inquiries using complex research methods

  • Solid understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Infinite Visions is a PLUS
