A leading University in New Brunswick in seeking a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) intern for the summer. This position could extend into fall. Job Title: DEI Communications Intern

Pay Rate: $30/hr

Hours: 10 hours per week (during regular business hours)

Location: New Brunswick NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: Till end of August 2024 with a possibility of extension

Duties include but not limited to:

• Understand and communicate the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

• Actively contribute to initiatives that amplify diverse voices, drive inclusivity in marketing campaigns, and help shape strategies that reflect commitment to equity.

• Create and design various promotional and training materials for print and digital collateral (intranet and internet).

• Craft impactful and engaging content (email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, presentations) that effectively describes and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion and other programs and initiatives .

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of internal employee events and meetings, as needed and appropriate.

Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
