HOW YOU WILL DO IT Purpose Statement: The Director of Talent Development is responsible for supporting the design, planning and implementation of leadership development, succession planning and engagement strategies with the goal of driving organizational effectiveness on a global scale. Key Job Accountabilities: Design, develop, and lead a global talent development strategy that directly supports the enterprise People Strategyand business objectives. Ensure global alignment across the function, capturing best practices and establishing what shall be standard work. Partner with regional talent development teams to deploy global talent management processes locally, ensuring relevance and return on investment Develop, maintain, and report metrics to measure our leadership development program, succession health, and talent development effectiveness Ensure strong succession planning and employee development processes and programs that are best in class and minimize disruption at times of transition. Clearly distinguish and leverage the organization\'s key differentiators and leverage internal and external network to anticipate future trends and external factors.
