How you make a difference

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for creating cost estimates and pricing models for contract proposals, renewals, and new business ventures. You will also analyze market data and industry trends to identify opportunities for pricing optimization and recommend pricing strategies to senior management. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing proposals are aligned with business objectives and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing cost estimates and pricing for contract proposals, renewals, amendments, and new business ventures.

• Ensures compliance with cost and pricing standards across all business lines and conducts "look-back" analyses.

• Analyzes fixed and variable cost components and coordinates pricing activities with interdepartmental resources.

• Maintains cost databases and performs ad hoc pricing projects and analyses.

• Requires critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, self-starting, project management skills, and ability to challenge the status quo.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Accounting or Finance degree required

Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years of costing or other financial analysis experience;

• Costing experience in a healthcare or staffing setting preferred; experience in a correctional healthcare environment highly desirable
