Shift Details: Full-Time - 40 hours/week Compensation: Negotiable based on experience Location: 2825 East Lake Street, Minneapolis, MN 55406 About the job: The Senior Case Manager (SCM) has the responsibility supervising Case Managers (CM) and the Resident Compliance Monitor (RCM) managing all referrals, completing routine audits and Federal disciplinary hearing. Assumes responsibility for special cases and provide back-up to Case Managers and Shift Manager during absences. Will coordinate the SecruManage automated case management system. Essentials: Coordinate all intake referrals Accept/reject incoming referrals from Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Coordinate referrals with US Probation Office (USPO) and the MN Department of Corrections (DOC) Enter new residents in SecruManage (SM) Manage case assignments Assign residents to appropriate CM Assign residents lock and key Prepare case files Arrive/release residents Audit CM files for BOP audits Write all 200 and 100 level incident reports Conduct Federal discipline hearings Job Highlights: Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan HSA & FSA Programs Employer Paid Life Insurance, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability Quality training, continuing career education and leadership programs Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holiday & Sick Days) About Us: Our Lake Street site is part of Volunteers of America MN/WI which serves as an affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.
