JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview: As a Bakery Production Specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our baked products, adhering to both customer and internal specifications. Major Responsibilities: Set up and run Continuous mixing line and Pita line according to customer/internal specs. Perform equipment inspections, basic mechanical troubleshooting, and report repair needs to the supervisor. Conduct testing based on customer/internal specifications. Record data at required intervals and ensure traceability with Lot numbers. Make necessary equipment adjustments for company efficiency and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness through general housekeeping and equipment cleaning following the matrix. Conduct changeovers to prepare for the next product run. Food and Personnel Safety Related Job Duties: Follow Company food safety and personnel safety procedures from annual training. Alert the Supervisor to any mechanical problems or unsafe conditions. Notify QA and Management of any food safety issues or concerns. Other Responsibilities: Perform tasks assigned by supervision/management. Required Training: Completion of food safety, personnel safety, and positional training. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to lift 50 lbs. Stand/walk on feet for up to 8 hours or more. Effective English reading/writing skills. Proficiency in basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, percentages).
