JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Details Job Location IB Milwaukee - Home office - West Allis, WI Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Salary Range \$18.00 - \$21.50 Hourly Job Shift Day Account and E-commerce Specialist JOB SUMMARY: As an Account & E-commerce Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Custom leadership by maintaining exceptional relationships with our clients and customers. POSITION OBJECTIVES: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the custom leadership to maintain strong customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service. Work closely with Procurement to offer accurate pricing for customer projects and oversee them from initiation to completion. Generate, review for accuracy and present art proofs and presentations for various projects as required. Regularly track and manage open web and custom orders. Provide customer service by handling phone calls, emails, order entry. Create part numbers and build custom items with images on our e-commerce platform for incoming custom orders. Take customer request, review, and find/offer alternative products, if necessary, by viewing distributor websites and images. Performs all other duties as assigned. Supervisor Responsibilities: No Qualifications Qualifications- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Graduate or equivalent (e.g., GED) required. 3-5 years of customer service experience and account management experience preferred. Graphic arts experience preferred. Ability to organize & handle multiple priorities, work under stress, perform detailed work, reason logically, and meet deadlines. Flexibility, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and other Office applications is highly beneficial. General knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is strongly recommended. Ability to work independently while interacting effectively with multiple departments and customers. Travel Requirements- Light with 2-3 days per quarter.
