Croda is seeking a Maintenance Support Coordinator for the Mill Hall, PA manufacturing site.  

Overall Description: The Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Coordinator is responsible for supporting the mechanical integrity and preventative maintenance program by preparing maintenance plans for all equipment on site. This role will also be responsible for entering new equipment as well as updated existing equipment in our CMMS.  This role will provide work instructions for the MI's and PM's and assist with maintaining critical spare parts for the site. This role will support project work as well as ongoing upgrades to the plant.

Key Duties:

Main Responsibilities 100% Develop and maintain accuracy of equipment data in SAP maintenance module. Develop asset specific maintenance plans for process safety critical equipment in support of OSHA PSM regulation (29 CFR 1910.119) Develop asset specific preventative maintenance plans for all new equipment installed at the site. Develop work instructions to assist with maintenance plans which will also include safety aspects for all jobs. Update existing asset plans as needed. Provide spare parts requirements for new and existing equipment on site. Work with engineers on projects to facilitate a smooth transition during turnover of projects for all maintenance needs. Support Maintenance Manager as needed with data and or reports from the CMMS.

Experience required: Minimum of 5 years' experience in the maintenance field preferably in chemical manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP CMMS software needed. A knowledge of maintenance programs, policies, and procedures required. Strong organizational skills are a must for this position. Experience working with production maintenance personnel. Proficient in the use of computer technologies such as Microsoft applications. Solid interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Strong initiative and self-motivated individuals desired.

Education / specialized training required: Preferred previous experience in the maintenance field with a with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED.  Must have written and oral proficiency in the English language.

Physical requirements: Ability to walk, sit and / or stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day. May be required to move throughout production areas on uneven surfaces, climb stairs and be exposed to outside temperatures/weather. Ability to lift 50 pounds.
