Description: This role will serve as Integrated Program Planning Lead for Advanced Programs in Manassas, VA. This role will lead high priority and complex IMS development and updates in a classified environment. This includes partnering with the Customer, Program Management, and major subcontractors to fully integrate and align key program dependencies, identify schedule risk, provide detailed analytics to stakeholders, provide SME level support in planning and Earned Value Management, tools support, and develop and implement best practices in a closed area. In addition to the individual contributor role on the classified program, the candidate will partner with Planning leadership to develop talent within the C6ISR organization. This includes responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and technical skills development for other Advanced Programs program planners. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor to Program Management and Planning Management and is considered a subject matter expert for the C6ISR Program Planning discipline. Expectations are to be on site nearly full time in the classified area. Some remote work may be possible. The candidate will be required to be based in Manassas, VA due to program requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years of Planning and/or other program management experience

• Significant experience developing and analyzing complex integrated schedules

• Significant experience with major subcontractor schedule integration and analysis

• Significant Experience interfacing and developing strong relationships with Stakeholders, Customers, and Subcontractor partners

• Earned Value Subject Matter Expert that can represent the program to external customers

• Ability to work in an agile environment and prioritize multiple strategic tasks

• Subject Matter Expert in Critical Path, Schedule Risk Analysis, and program planning policy

• Demonstrated ability to train, mentor, and develop junior team members

• Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks to team members and oversee successful execution of the collective requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills:

• Extensive experience in Open Plan Scheduling software and experience with Cobra

• Earned Value Subject Matter Expert that can represent the program to external customers

• Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work complex issues, and meet deadlines.

• Demonstrated ability to use critical thinking to solve complex problems

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
