Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Aecom’s Buildings and Places Team. The selected candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team of architects, engineers, interior designers and urban planners working on a range of international projects.

No professional experience is required for this role.

This position would suit a student within Architecture’s degree, wishing to start her/his career in Interior design and architecture, collaborating in real projects while applying BIM methodology on all of them.

During the internship you will give support in the following tasks:

• Development of a wide range of projects: interior design, architectural, competitions, etc.

• Preparation of designs and drawings using project specifications and discipline-associated instructions per established design practices.

• Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

• No professional experience is required

• Knowledge in these software applications:

• Autocad, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign) and MS Office will be a must.

• Interpersonal and teamwork exceptional skills

• Good attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.

• A willingness to learn and share knowledge

• Basic understanding of BIM (Building Information Modelling process) and Revit modelling will be a plus.
