Responsibilities Here\'s why we need you: We\'re looking for a dynamic, adaptable, and organized professional who will focus facilitating relationships with academic faculty, staff, and student organizations. You will also provide event management expertise to manage AEI\'s brand and image on college campuses, guide stakeholders on recruitment processes/programs, and act as the main point of contact (POC) for students and hiring teams. This position is goal driven and has a sales and service mentality with availability to travel nationwide during peak collegiate recruitment seasons. Qualifications Desired expertise of our most successful Campus Recruitment Program Manager: Create and execute individual campus strategies for assigned schools to include but not limited to: Events, information sessions, student clubs, organizations, etc. Facilitating collaboration between external vendors and the university for campus events, managing logistics such as registration, and ensuring seamless follow-up processes (e.g., utilizing platforms like Handshake) as part of campus activities coordination.
