We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. This position will work closely with Insperity, whom SpreeAI works with as our PEO, to implement best practices and streamline HR processes.

Requirements

  • HR Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

  • Collaborate with senior management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

  • Ensure HR initiatives support the company's culture and values.

  • Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.

  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.

  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing. We currently use Workable.

  • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to welcome and integrate new hires into the organization.

  • Partner with Insperity to leverage their expertise in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.

  • Performance Management:

  • Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for employee development and career advancement.

  • Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Partner with Insperity to stay abreast of regulatory changes and implement appropriate policies and procedures.

  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify and mitigate HR-related risks.

  • HR Administration and Systems:

  • Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and record-keeping.

  • Collaborate with Insperity to optimize HR systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

  • Maintain HR metrics and reports to track key performance indicators and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR initiatives that drive business results.

  • Experience working with a professional employer organization (PEO) is a plus.
