As a Quality Compliance Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Sr. Quality Auditors, while collaborating with policy, program, engineering, legal and other teams to define and execute operational quality initiatives. Your team of auditors will evaluate trends and quality, and develop workflows and processes that maintain our quality/ community guidelines. Your teams will review decisions about the appropriateness of different content, including considerations of cultural and political sensitivities.

Key job responsibilities

As a Quality Compliance Manager, you are responsible for leading a team of Sr. Quality Auditors along with working with Policy, Program, Engineering, Legal and other teams on operational quality initiatives. Your teams will define new operational processes that require high judgement and build mechanisms to scale those processes across the global operations team.

To be successful in this role you’ll need to be well organized, assisting multiple Trust and Safety teams with different issues at any one time. Technically savvy with an interest in compliance quality content moderation, your verbal and written communication skills should be excellent, being able to clearly explain issues and the paths to resolution quickly and succinctly to the catalog associates. Your commitment to the success of our Trust & Safety org should be strong and you should have a proven record of exceeding on input/output goals.

*This role will require on-call work on weekends on a rotational basis.

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience supporting classification, policy, compliance or trust & safety and using data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.

  • Experience in driving end to end delivery

  • Experience working cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with digital video streaming

  • Experience with people management

  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience and strong interest in Operations, content compliance and accuracy.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Proven problem solving skills, and strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems.
