Philips Master Data Associate in Lodz, Poland

In this role, you have the opportunity to

ensure that data records are created and maintained to improve customer experience. This includes managing customer and product data, as well as other data used in other internal processes such as order management, scheduling, and reverse logistics.

You are responsible for

  • Setup and maintenance of prospects and customer accounts in SAP and Salesforce ensuring data quality and consistency

  • Maintenance of product Master Data based on local requirements

  • Providing support for Data Quality requests and maintenance of master data values

  • Effective and prompt problem-solving for ad hoc master data issues within the SAP/SFDC/OSCAR system

  • Collaborating with business process experts on defining standard procedures and participating in cross-functional projects and initiatives, including Data Migration preparation in SAP transformation programs

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience carrying out processes within an IT or logistics related environment will be a huge plus

  • Strong written and communication skills in English language

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence

  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills

  • Stakeholder management skills

  • Able to efficiently prioritize work and inform stakeholders on the progress
