DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: The Fleet Mechanic Summer Co-Op/Intern will be assisting the Fleet Maintenance Department at our Lancaster, PA and Denver, PA locations.

The Fleet Mechanic Summer Co-Op/Intern will help perform a wide range of fleet mechanical and/or electrical duties utilizing a variety of tools and skills. Assist in performing fleet equipment installation, repairs, and troubleshooting tasks using equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics. 

This is a summer position, flexible to be full-time or part-time, Monday-Friday 1st Shift. 

This is an hourly rate of $18.00.

Areas of responsibility our Fleet Mechanic Summer Co-Op/Intern will assit in: * Cleans, inspects, makes adjustments, and performs other preventative Fleet maintenance tasks as required * General Trailer Maintenance + Trailer Valves, Brakes, etc. * Make sure loads are ready to go (check for flat tires, air leaks, etc.) * Assist Maintenance Mechanic team where needed

Our next summer trainees/co-ops will possess the following educational and work qualifications: * Familiar with Automotive Technology * Basic math and the ability to  learn manuals, drawings, and schematics * Must be a high school or college student, at least 16 years of age  * High school students under 18 must present proof of CTC/CTE program enrollment to be granted an interview * Coursework and/or enrollment in Automotive Technology and/or similar program required * High school students under 18 must present proof of CTC/CTE program enrollment to be granted an interview
